CPOA Global is a full-service solution provider of Telecommunications and Back Office Solutions for small and medium-sized organizations and enterprises. From research, procurement, project management, and post implementation support, we do it all in partnership with you!
Our goal throughout every engagement or process is to redefine the customer experience by providing RACE, which stands for Ridiculously Awesome Customer Experience.
With a global footprint, our ability to understand and bridge the unique business and technical needs of our customers is at the very core of what we do. We then in turn, align our offshore resources and talent in the Asian Pacific Rim to deliver a level of quality and unbiased solutions that help with the bottom line and specific goals of our customers.
